For coming season the Roterodamus Ensemble- Duo has the following programs for duo:


Echoes of Paris

Two violins – three composers – one musical spirit

What happens when composers from different centuries draw inspiration from the French style? In Echoes of Paris, Roman Spitzer and Letizia Sciarone bring together three works in which elegance, dialogue and tone colour take centre stage.

From Leclair’s graceful Baroque, through Spohr’s Romantic interplay of voices, to Prokofiev’s modern lyricism, composed in St. Tropez and premiered in Paris, this programme is a musical conversation full of energy, contrast and French esprit.
